We have finished another season of „Kino po polsku” („Cinema in Polish”). For two years now, every last Friday of the month, we have been meeting to watch the most interesting Polish films together, talk about Polish artists and the problems they raise in their works – and also to review a few issues in the field of the Polish language. All of this takes place in the film cafe „W Starym Kadrze”, an extremely cosy place on the map of the Main Town, with delicious coffee, tea or hot chocolate, which we offer to our guests.
Thank you to everyone who attended our meetings. It is thanks to you that we managed to create an unusual, friendly atmosphere, make new friends, discover Polish cinematography together and take a look at the portrait that Poles have painted themselves with various film stories.
Thank you for being here, thank you for your kind words. And also congratulations to all the winners of our film-language quizzes (they are present in the photo)! We hope to see you again soon.
