We have concluded our Summer School of Polish Language and Culture. We met one last time at the University of Gdańsk Welcome Centre to present certificates to our students and summarize the last four weeks of summer work.
We prepared a short lecture on the connections between Polish cinema and the Tricity area. We watched films made by filmmakers associated with the Gdynia Film School and exchanged observations on the stories depicted in them. We also enjoyed refreshments and took souvenir photos together.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in our course for their perseverance, kindness, and fostering a warm atmosphere during the classes. We hope that the University of Gdańsk Summer School will be the beginning of their Polish language adventure.
